Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Because many of our candles are one of a kind and handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or market weekends.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Packaging

All candles are carefully wrapped and packaged to help prevent damage during transit. Many of our vessels are reusable mugs or concrete containers, and extra care is taken to ensure safe arrival.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orale Homestead is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
